Online Registration in five easy steps!

  1. Access our Online Program Registration by going to: 
  2. If this is your first time registering for a YMCA of Greater Toronto program, click "Create New" in the top right-hand corner to create a new account. Once you submit your information, your PIN number will be emailed to you directly.
  3. Select the “My Account” tab and enter your family Login ID and PIN.
  4. Browse our camp programs and select “Add” to register online by credit card.
  5. Check out from “My Basket” to make payment arrangements and receive an immediate confirmation of registration.

Register at one of our eight YMCA Health and Fitness Centres across the GTA seven days a week.

A 10% initial payment is due per program when you register online at Full payment is preferred when registering by phone or mail, although you can make an initial payment of $50 for each camper at the time of registration. All balances must be paid in full by June 2, 2014, and registrations processed after that date must be paid in full. If full payment is not received prior to the program start date, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel the registration without notice, and cancellation charges will be applied.

Cancellations and Refunds
Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the YMCA Registration Centre. Requests for refunds received prior to 28 days will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 10% of the total fee or $25 (whichever is greater). Refund requests received with less than 28 days' notice are subject to an administration fee of 50% of the total fee. Refund requests that are received after 12:00 p.m. on the Friday before the camp session starts will not qualify for a refund. Any refund requests are considered on an individual basis by the YMCA Manager. A doctor’s note is required for cancellations due to medical reasons. Refunds are not granted for inclement weather. Refund requests received after September 15, 2014, will not be granted. Refunds take four to six weeks to process.

Integration & Accessibility Program (1:1 Support)
The Integration and Accessibility program is available to families with children or youth who require additional support while at camp. Our program encompasses all of the YMCA Values, with an emphasis on inclusiveness, as we embrace diversity and recognize the dignity and worth of every individual.  We seek to create collaborative and supportive environments in which everyone who has a passion to participate will be able to be involved based on their individual abilities for a successful and supportive experience.
