At YMCA Camp Pine Crest our aim is to provide you with the highest quality programming at the lowest possible costs. Fees for our Outdoor Centre Programs are as follows:
Program
This option includes all meals (3 meals and an evening snack per 24 hour period), accommodation, pre-trip planning and delivery of program by Pine Crest staff. Program staff will work with your group right through the day (from wake-up to evening snack). Program staff ratios vary according to the program activities and structure chosen. Chaperons are free up to a 1:10 ratio; the fees stated below are for numbers above this.
Hosting
This option includes all meals, accommodation and pre-trip planning. Program staff is available to assist with equipment and supervision as required. It is assumed that visiting groups will provide the bulk of their own program leadership and instruction. Please speak with our Outdoor Centre Director to determine a hosting or program fee.
Payment
We do require 25% non-refundable deposit due upon booking to secure your dates. The remainder of the balance is owed upon arrival on site.

All prices are on a per-participant basis. Prices do not include 13% tax. Please note that we have to implement the HST tax beginning July 1, 2010.
Financial Assistance
As a charity that serves all segments of our community, the YMCA of Greater Toronto provides financial assistance for all of our programs. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, members, community partners, corporate partners, volunteers, and staff, no one is denied access to a YMCA program simply because they cannot pay the full fee.
If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please complete our Financial Assistance Form and notify us when you inquire about our programs or at the time of registration. Financial assistance allocation must be completed one month prior to your program participation . Together, we can provide all our members with opportunities for personal growth, community involvement, and leadership.
