Camp Arrival and Departure
Arrival at residential camp takes place on Sunday. Parents are requested to sign in their camper between 2 and 4 p.m. and are encouraged to meet the staff, tour the site, and settle their child into their cabin or yurt. As the official camp program begins at 4 p.m., we ask all parents and family members to depart at that time.
Departure day is Friday. Parents should pick up their child between 2 – 4 p.m. at YMCA Cedar Glen.
Busing Information
NEW! This year YMCA Cedar Glen is pleased to announce that we will be offering door to door busing for leadership camp participants. Our door to door busing area extends north to Hwy 9, south to the 407, east to the 404 and west to Hwy 10. If you live within this area, you qualify for our door to door bus service! You will be provided with a 10 minute window for the drop off and pick up of your camper.
If you live outside of the door to door transportation zone, you are welcome to make use of our community pick up locations. We have buses running from downtown Toronto, Mississauga, and North York.
