Since 1980, the North York YMCA has been delivering the very best in fitness and sports programming to individuals, couples, and families. With lots of free parking, this is an ideal location to participate in a group fitness class, try out yoga or a muscle conditioning program or watch your kids learn ballet or martial arts.
This wheelchair-friendly location features Child Minding services, a Licensed Child Care Centre, an Employment Resource Centre and a café where you can relax after your workout. Improve your laps or strengthen your swimming skills in our two six-lane, 25-meter swimming pools. With Aquafit classes, open swim times, family swim times, and a wide range of instructional programs, our pools are always a big attraction! We even offer synchronized swimming and a Master’s Swim Club, so you can always get the workout you’re looking for.
Squash, Raquetball, & Handball Courts
Use our wide range of cross trainers, treadmills, rowers, and bikes to get a great cardio workout. Try our state-of-the-art weight training equipment to strength train. Or simply stretch out the kinks in our spacious stretching area. With lots of equipment to choose from, you can build variety into your workout to achieve your physical goals.
With classes for members age 10 and up, Cyclefit is a great way to bike your way to bliss! Build your strength, challenge yourself, and just have tons of fun with these high-energy programs!
