We have updated the way that Group Fitness classes are named.  The new naming conventions will help to simplify our Program Schedule, and will provide more consistency in service across our centres.  To view the new names of our classes, please click here.

Are you a teen looking to be active? Do you like having fun? Every Saturday night from 8-11p.m. all teens ages 13-18 years old are invited to come to the North York YMCA and use the pool, gym, conditioning room, and youth room. No membership is required, but photo ID must be presented.
