Programs EVENTS

West End Talks! Fit Friday Feature

On Friday, October 24 we will be offering demonstrations and explanations on some of our new programs! Wear gym clothes and come along for this much-requested “Sampler Night“! Always wanted to try Gravity? Here’s your chance. Meet in the board room at 7:00 p.m. and we’ll begin! For more info please click here!

TRX: Total body Resistance eXercise

Regular classes will be starting Monday, October 20. You have 2 options to choose from: 8 weeks with 2 hour long sessions per week on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:45-11:45am with Cataline.  The second option is 1 hour session per week, Wednesday evening with David from 7:30-8:30pm OR Sunday afternoon with Cataline 1:00-2:00pm. The sessions will run from October 20-December 14! For more information please click here or email Katherine.fostergrajewski@ymcagta.org.

Sports Parties

Interested in renting a gymnasium to host your own Sports Party? Look no further than the West End YMCA! We have availability Sunday 3:30-5:30pm as well as 6:00-8:00pm. The cost for the gymnasium rental is $200 + HST for members and $250+HST for non-members. For additional information please email Evan.Connor@ymcagta.org.

Membership Cards

The West End YMCA will be updating the Entry System at our main service desk over the coming months. All members will need a Membership card in order to scan in as the phone numbers will not be enough to access the facility. We thank you for your cooperation throughout this transition.

Non-Member Personal Training

Are you currently not a member at the West End YMCA but wanting to get some advice and motivation for getting back into shape? We offer personal training to non-members for $65.00+HST a session. Please email Rafael.Montoya@ymcagta.org for more information on how you can get started!
