Thank you all to our West End YMCA Members for your flexibility and patience this past week as we refreshed our conditioning room spaces! In addition to replacing our cardio machines, we made some minor changes to create more space for functional training and refreshed the conditioning room floors and walls. We are delighted to bring to you the latest versions of cardio equipment from PreCor, Cybex and Life Fitness. Our new cardio Treadmills, Arc Trainers, AMTs, and Step Mills feature a range of new pre-programed options for you to try to take your cardio training to a new level! We hope you enjoy!

Try the Y!
We have launched a Hip-Hop Dance Program for 6 weeks that runs until July 16! This program is available to participants 10 years of age and older and will be offered every Thursday night from 7:30-8:15pm in the Teen Studio. Come learn to dance, have fun and get moving! Fitness Assessments at West End!
The YMCA Fitness Assessment program is now launching! This will allow you to track your body composition, muscle health, cardiovascular health, and also includes a fitness and lifestyle questionnaire. Looking to understand what your level of health is?
