1. Do you have fun activities for kids?
The YMCA has lots of fun activities for kids. You can play sports, go swimming, or even learn karate. Take a look at some of our programs to see all the great things we offer.
2. How can I learn how to swim?
You can learn how to swim by joining the YMCA and signing up for swimming lessons. First, you have to find out what swimming level you're at. If you have taken swimming lessons before, we can find out your level for you. If you have never taken swimming lessons before, you can come to the YMCA and take a test with a lifeguard. Most of all, don't worry. We make it fun to learn how to swim.
3. Do you have any camps I can go to?
Camp is a really fun place to be. You can go just for the day or you can sleep over. You can meet a lot of new friends and do tons of cool stuff like go canoeing or rock climbing. Learn more about YMCA Camps here.
4. How can I join the YMCA?
To join the YMCA, come visit one of our locations with your parents, a guardian, or a friend. If you prefer, you can give us a call at (416) 928-9622 for more information.
