Get a Heads UP on your employment opportunities. The YMCA Heads UP program offers employment training for youth and young adults with an identified disability. By joining this program, you can:

• Choose from over 30 monthly workshops to build your skills
• Get individual counseling where required
• Access job-related resources for people with disabilities
• Gain exposure to the workplace of your choice through job shadowing and volunteer opportunities
• Establish clear career goals with a range of assessment tools
• Get together with other program participants to network, gather labour market information, and share employment tips
• Ensure your employment remains secure with job maintenance and support activities
