The YMCA of Greater Toronto involves 1,337 full time, 2,012 part time and 591 seasonal staff who believe in our organization’s mission.  A committed Board of policy volunteers provide governance for the Association.

We are a member of the local, provincial, national and international YMCA family. Our values and principles are shared by YMCAs across Canada.

Our Association is organized into five Core Program areas.  With 250 locations in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer diverse work environments including:

  • Traditional administrative positions
