Description

Take this course after you've completed Bronze Medallion and Standard First Aid. This course is the prerequisite for National Lifeguard. You'll enjoy more advanced training, including an introduction to safe supervision in aquatic facilities. A timed 600 metre swim is included. Prerequisites: You must have Bronze Medallion and valid Standard or Emergency First Aid certification.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, these award-winning facilities feature a wide range of health and fitness facilities and programs, a new immigrant services centre, and youth programs. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.
