Description
To become a certified Yoga Instructor, participants will first complete the included YMCA Basic Fitness Theory course. Following this, they will be required to complete the YMCA Yoga e-learning modules, as well as 4 days of in person learning.
The YMCA Yoga Instructor Course is designed to certify people to deliver Yoga classes and one-on-one yoga sessions for people of the ages 16 years and above, and all abilities.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, these award-winning facilities feature a wide range of health and fitness facilities and programs, a new immigrant services centre, and youth programs. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

Notes
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
