Description
To become a certified AquaFit Instructor, participants will first complete the included YMCA Basic Fitness Theory course. Following this, the Aquafit Instructor course is broken down into Part 1 and Part 2 to allow some time for learners to practice and develop between sessions. Each part consists of YMCA Aquafit e-learning modules, as well as one day of in person learning. This course is designed to certify people to deliver group fitness classes in an aquatic setting.
