Description
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of organized team sports through our Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, and Pickleball leagues. These leagues are designed to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, fitness, and healthy competition while providing adults with a fun and engaging environment to stay active and build community. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or looking to get back into the game, the YMCA Adult Sports League offers a great way to stay active, meet new people, and compete in a welcoming environment.
Location
The Oshawa Y is a family-friendly centre offering child care, health and fitness services, and community programming. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. On-site parking is available free for members.

Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
