Description
Airway Management certification provides senior and experienced lifeguards with specific knowledge and training in the use of oxygen, suction devices, oral airways and bag-valve-masks.
Prerequisite: Lifesaving Society Intermediate First Aid or a previous Standard First Aid from the Society or another approved training agency.
Instruction & Certification: Current First Aid Instructors who hold Lifesaving Society Airway Management teach Airway Management. Current First Aid Examiners who hold Lifesaving Society Airway Management certify candidates.
Required Material: Canadian First Aid Manual 2026 edition (available as an add-on during registration).
Location
This family-friendly centre offers health and fitness services designed to help people of all ages get active, as well as child care and community-building programs. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. A large, private lot on-site provides free parking for members.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
