Ready to discover what you’re capable of? Join the David Braley YMCA Personal Training Team for a fun, interactive strength workshop designed to help you move, learn, and build confidence!
Explore strength, functional, and core training while learning proper techniques, trying new exercises, and asking questions from our certified Personal Trainers.
Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up your workouts, this workshop is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, learn something new, and connect with others working toward their fitness goals.
Location
A new state-of-the-art YMCA is now open in the heart of Vaughan emerging downtown. Join us as a member, volunteer, or donor and see for yourself the vibrant, supportive community that makes our charity so special. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
