Description
Multi Sport is a high energy program that focuses on team work, game play and athletic fitness. They will develop fundamental skills to play court and field based sports which include soccer, floor curling, basketball, volleyball, pickleball and badminton.
Location
A new state-of-the-art YMCA is now open on Kingston Road in the Upper Beach area. Our newest Centre of Community is a 60,000 square foot, fully accessible facility. Join us as a member, volunteer, or donor and see for yourself the vibrant, supportive community that makes our charity so special. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

Notes
Please wear comfortable clothing and wear running shoes to class. Please bring a water bottle to each class.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE UP CLASSES
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
Make up classes will be offered if a class is cancelled by the YMCA. Make up classes are not offered if the child misses a class for personal reasons.
