Below is the list of programs you have selected for you and your family.

How to Register
If your child requires 1:1 Integration Support, please review the Assistance Options below before continuing with registration.
If you are receiving Government Child Care Subsidy, please review the Assistance Options below before continuing with registration.  
If you require, or are interested to see if you qualify for, Financial Assistance please review the Assistance Options below before continuing with registration.

Click Register.
You must register for your program first, before registering for any add-ons (bussing, extended hours, if applicable).
You will be redirected from the Y Guide to My Y, YMCA of Greater Toronto's account membership and program registration tool. You can pay online and registration will be immediate. - Once in My Y, review program, and select Enrol Now.
If the program you wish to register for is full, you will be invited to join the waitlist. - If you are not currently signed into My Y, you will asked to sign in at this time.
If you are a current or recent YMCA child care family, member, or participant, you already have a My Y account.
New to the Y? Create an account to register, and review the My Y FAQ. - Once signed in, you will be asked to select the participant you wish to register in the program.
- After all Enrolment Details are populated, click Add to Cart. At this time, you can Check Out. Or, you can continue adding programs to your cart and then check out all at once.
- To continue adding programs to your cart, come back to this Guide. Find your next program (or add-on) to register for, and click Register.
Repeat steps 2-6 to register for each program. - Once you have added all the programs you want to register for to your cart, select Check Out and continue to payment.
Tips:
- Register for your program first, and then add-ons if applicable: bussing second and then extended hours.
- If you are registering the same participant for multiple programs, complete the checkout process in its entirety for your first program. You can then avoid having to repeatedly populate Enrolment Details and check out faster. Once a full checkout has been completed, My Y will recall your participant’s Enrolment Details for additional programs you are registering for.
- Within your Guide, program numbers are listed for each item.

Day Camp
Description
Science is an inquiry based, experiential program that promotes discovery and curiosity. Campers will develop an understanding and appreciation of science through participation in experiments and projects related to movement, construction and chemical reactions. To complement this program campers will participate in a variety of traditional camp activities.

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY
To withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant’s Registration History via your MY Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawal’s that are processed online or requested by email 10 days before the start of the program will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 10% per program being withdrawn. Withdrawal requests received with less than 10 days’ notice will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 50% of the cost of the program being cancelled. These requests must be submitted by email to register@ymcagta.org.
GOVERNMENT CHILD CARE FEE ASSISTANCE (SUBSIDY)
To withdraw a participant from a program, you must submit your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org with at least 10 days’ notice prior to the session start date.
A doctor's note is required for any withdrawal due to medical reasons. Refunds are not granted for inclement weather. Any request received after the start of the course will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process.
PROGRAM TRANSFER POLICY
To transfer a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant’s Registration History via your MY Y Account or by submitting your request to transfer by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Transfers must be processed online or requested by email 10 days before the start of the program. Transfer requests received with less than 10 days’ notice will be treated as a withdrawal and will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 50% of the cost of the program being withdrawn. These requests must be submitted by email to register@ymcagta.org.
DISCLAIMER
The YMCA reserves the right to amend a Registrant’s registration if we are unable to confirm where applicable the Registrant’s assisted rate, we will bill at the full cost of the program.
All Programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the Program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
The YMCA further reserves the right not admit or assume responsibility of a participant, if participant’s medical information is not completed and if the authorization is not signed by the parent/guardian and returned to the YMCA prior to the commencement of the registered program.

School Age
Description
At YMCA Licensed Summer School Age Programs, watch your 6 to 12-year-old excel as they spend the summer developing important life skills like leadership and team building through fun games and activities that include arts and crafts, sports, group projects and themed event days they create and plan themselves. Our curriculum, YMCA A Place to Connect, delivers a quality program that is active and fun. Programs are conveniently located in the neighbourhood schools across the GTA and offer extended hours. Busing is not available for this program.
*Weekly fees are inclusive of statutory holidays.

Assistance Options
YMCA Financial Assistance
If you require Financial Assistance, please complete this form with proof of income. We recommend you continue to register for the program(s) of your choice. This is to hold your spot(s) until assistance approval is received. Spots and assistance are not guaranteed, and YMCA assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To register in advance of assistance approval, a credit card will be required for a deposit payment. You will receive a full refund if assistance is not approved, and you choose not to attend the program.

Licensed Club
If you are interested in having your child(ren) only attend a Licensed Club program, a program delivered within a YMCA Child Care centre, please contact the specific location directly.

Government Child Care Subsidy
If you currently attend YMCA Child Care and receive Government Child Care Subsidy, please continue to register online. Your account will be adjusted to reflect this at billing. Continuing to register will secure your child’s space until the YMCA receives confirmation from your local municipality.
Children who receive Government Child Care Subsidy and are interested in attending day camp programming may register for any day camp program that does not include an overnight component. We encourage families to select a different program each week when registering for multiple weeks.
NOTE: Families using City of Toronto Child Care Fee Subsidy, and have an active registration in a YMCA Child Care or YMCA Before and After School program in the City of Toronto, will automatically be registered into a licensed YMCA Summer Club program.

The YMCA reserves the right to amend your child’s registration to the approved municipal rate. If we are unable to receive confirmation of your assisted rate, your child’s registration will be adjusted to be charged the full program fee.
