Description
Take this course after you've completed Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid. This course is the prerequisite for National Lifeguard. You'll enjoy more advanced training, including an introduction to safe supervision in aquatic facilities. A timed 600 meter swim is included.
Prerequisites: You must have Bronze Medallion and valid Standard or Emergency First Aid certification.
Location
For over 35 years, this YMCA has been providing child care, camps, and health and fitness services to members of its diverse surrounding community. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
