Your coach will guide you through progressive skills, drills, and demonstrations to help you:-Reinforce rules and fundamentals of play-Improve shot consistency and court positioning-Develop better serve, return, and rally skillsPerfect for beginner players who have completed the Introduction to Pickleball clinic or those who have some playing experience. This clinic helps bridge the gap between learning the game basics and building confidence — all while meeting new people and enjoying a great social atmosphere in a supportive environment.

The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.
