Join our new Hip Mobility workshop designed to help you move better and feel better. This session will focus on improving flexibility, increasing hip range of motion, and teaching simple mobility exercises you can incorporate into your workouts and daily routine.
Location
A new state-of-the-art YMCA is now open in the heart of Vaughan emerging downtown. Join us as a member, volunteer, or donor and see for yourself the vibrant, supportive community that makes our charity so special. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
