Description
Spring into eating is a fun and interactive workshop designed to help you refresh your nutrition habits for the new season. As the days get longer and activity levels increase, we'll explore simple ways to fuel your body, stay hydrated, and enjoy fresh seasonal foods.
Participants will create their own healthy snack to take home.
Location
The Oshawa Y is a family-friendly centre offering child care, health and fitness services, and community programming. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. On-site parking is available free for members.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
