Description
To become a certified Yoga Instructor, participants will first complete the included YMCA Basic Fitness Theory course. Following this, they will be required to complete the YMCA Yoga e-learning modules, as well as 4 days of in person learning. The YMCA Yoga Instructor Course is designed to certify people to deliver Yoga classes and one-on-one yoga sessions for people of the ages 16 years and above, and all abilities.
Location
The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.

Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
