Join us for an engaging 2-hour Running Clinic designed to help you build confidence, improve your technique, and prepare for the YMCA's 5k Run in September! This fun and supportive clinic includes: Expert tips on running form, pacing, injury prevention, and race-day preparation from highly skilled marathon runner and personal trainers. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, this clinic is a great opportunity to learn, move, and connect with others in the community. Come train, have fun, and take the next step toward your 5K goal!

A new state-of-the-art YMCA is now open in the heart of Vaughan emerging downtown. Join us as a member, volunteer, or donor and see for yourself the vibrant, supportive community that makes our charity so special. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
