What is Gravity?
Gravity is a 30-minute, full-body workout that uses the Total Gym Encompass, a piece of equipment similar to a Pilates reformer.
By working against gravity using your own bodyweight, you’ll build:

- Flexibility
It’s a smart, efficient workout that helps you get more out of every minute.
What makes Gravity different from other fitness classes?
Gravity is designed to adapt to you.

How to sign up for a Gravity class
Ready to give it a try? Here’s how to get started:
- Book your class up to 24 hours in advance using the YMCA Shine On app
- Reserve early as spots are limited
- You can book up to two classes per week
A few helpful tips:
- Arrive before the warm-up to keep your spot
- Late arrivals may lose their machine to waitlisted members
- Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable
