Description
The YMCA Personal Trainer certification course combines e-learning, practical sessions, and in-person learning. It is designed to give you the theory and practical experience to begin your journey as a personal trainer. The course will give you the foundations in anatomy, movement mechanics, coaching clients, and program design.
Location
This YMCA is located at the heart of one of Toronto's trendiest West End neighborhoods. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly centre featuring child care, camp, community programs, and health and fitness services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund.
We will allow refunds if not satisfactory with the first session. After the second session you will not be refunded for any sessions completed and can request a partial refund.
