The Whitby Dr. Robert Thornton Public School YMCA Centre (PlayON) provides a variety of drop in and registered programs for families with children.

Family & Community Support

PlayON Program

Designed for children between the ages of 6 to 12, PlayON is a children's program that focuses on physical activity, healthy eating, nutrition, wellness and personal health education. Delivered in partnership with school boards across the GTA, PlayON is funded by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport and operates 3-5 afternoons per week between September and June.

Monday/Thursday/Weekends: CLOSED
